Thanks to the high tech personal computer and hardware influx into the market, I am the first person to utilize affordable and effective hardware (such as PC scanner) to design car interior dash trims. It can cut
down the design time for more than 70%. Since then all car wood dash designs adopt the same method to develop. In Sherwood Dash Inc.I pattern car interior dash parts and exterior parts in auto dealer, then I use PC scanner to scan the patterned sketch, then I can trace out the scanned images in Auto CAD accurately. It can reduce so much product testing time in car dealers. I developed water jet cutting programs to create the dash trim parts. I create shadow sheet to complete the designs. For other auto accessory components I also create 2D, 3D dimensions, detail, and assembly drawings.
